Who are we?

This website has been developed on behalf of social marketers in New Zealand (NZ), Australia and the South Pacific by the Health Sponsorship Council. The Health Sponsorship Council is a national health promotion service provider in New Zealand with a long-term focus on reducing the social, financial and health sector costs of a number of health behaviours.

We have a small group of practicing social marketers who provide advice on the development of the website. They come from New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific.

The aim of this website is to increase the quality and effectiveness of social marketing in NZ, Australia and the Pacific by:

• providing easy access to social marketing information
• facilitating networking among NZ, Australian and Pacific social marketers
• providing a place where NZ, Australian and Pacific social marketing documents can be published and easily accessed
